From Your Innkeepers

Tim and I met at an entrepreneurs event in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2019.

A few months later, we took our first trip together to Michigan and fell in love with each other and with Michigan! In Michigan, we have found a place that is beautiful, welcoming, and capable of producing world-class wine.

We have combined our talents—Tim’s 30 years of culinary experience and my background in farming and microbiology—to create the Vintage Inn at Veritas Estate Bed and Breakfast and Winery in South Haven, Michigan.

South Haven is all about the magic of Lake Michigan! The big lake not only provides beautiful dunes, beaches, and fishing, but also creates a climate that is perfect for growing amazing fruit and wine grapes.

We believe meals are not just about eating, but are a time to gather and connect with the people and the places around us. We hope to share our journey and passion with you during your visit! Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you soon.
