Gather with us for an unforgettable multi-course dining experience celebrating the culmination of this year’s harvest. Chef Tim has crafted an extraordinary autumn menu paired seamlessly with a selection of our finest Veritas Estate wines.
Highlights: Mushroom Cappuccino Bisque, Lamb-Stuffed Pepper with Tzatziki Caviar, Duck Three Ways, and Spaghetti Squash Flan with Curried Crème Anglaise.

2. Wine in the Vineyard with Steve Salisbury

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vintage Inn at Veritas Estate Winery
Join us in the vineyard for wine tasting guided by myself and guest Steve Salisbury. Steve is an advocate for Michigan wine and founded If Vines Could Talk, a bi-weekly podcast dedicated to Michigan wine, wine history, wine reviews, and so much more! This will be a special day to taste Michigan wine and talk to someone who has been involved in the industry since it's inception!
